Our patent-pending process
First, the integrity of the water heater tank is tested by a static pressure check. Then de-solidification/liquidation of lime and sediment occurs through saturation and agitation with a natural fruit-based solvent. The use of a hydro-pneumatic system disrupts and breaks down lime and sediment on the interior structure of the hot water tank. Topical aquatic aeration of the calcified lime sediment is introduced through our industry-unique rotary tube spin nozzle. Following this aeration and de-sedimentation, final extraction of the lime and sediment occurs, using a vacuum extractor.
After this procedure, stad water heater maintenance is performed. This includes replacement of the elements and thermostats, replacement of the anode rod if possible, and a check of safe operation of the pressure release valve.
