Benefits of Water Heater Regeneration

  1. Most water heaters can last over 20 years if properly maintained
  2. Savings of $600 or more compared to purchase/installation of a new water heater
  3. Savings on utility bills
  4. Increased volumetric efficiency ( increased shower time! )
  5. Prevents additional clutter in landfills, and prevents waste of materials in building new tanks

Martha says: You wouldn't get rid of your car just because it's out of warranty and needs a wash and a tune-up, so why throw away a water heater the simply needs a tun-up and a cleaning?

Regeneration Is:

Our patent-pending process

First, the integrity of the water heater tank is tested by a static pressure check. Then de-solidification/liquidation of lime and sediment occurs through saturation and agitation with a natural fruit-based solvent. The use of a hydro-pneumatic system disrupts and breaks down lime and sediment on the interior structure of the hot water tank. Topical aquatic aeration of the calcified lime sediment is introduced through our industry-unique rotary tube spin nozzle. Following this aeration and de-sedimentation, final extraction of the lime and sediment occurs, using a vacuum extractor.

After this procedure, stad water heater maintenance is performed. This includes replacement of the elements and thermostats, replacement of the anode rod if possible, and a check of safe operation of the pressure release valve.

1. You Have No Hot Water

  • 2. The tank runs out of hot water prematurely.
  • 3. An electrode popping sound is heard.
  • 4. It's full of sediment and the element's burned out.
  • 5. The water heater won't drain
  • 6. As a preventive maintenance every four years to extend the life of the water.

when not to regenerate

  • There is an external leak in the pan/on the floor.
  • You believe a water heater only lasts five to seven years.
